How do I become an OMG “Featured” artist?
All musicians submitting Profile pages, Student Artist “Join Now” and Professional Artist “Join Now”, with uploaded songs are automactically eligible to become an OMG “Featured” artist:
- Must be interested in performing at venues including: schools (k-12, universities), malls/retailers and traditional venues.
- Must be “talented” (talent defined as general audience appeal, presentation, and polished performance).
- Must have a minimum of 6 songs to perform “Live” (all content is appropriate for all audiences).
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year performing in front of “Live” local audiences, preferrably regional as well.
- Must have your own instruments and equipment…backline will be provided.
- Must have the ability to provide your own transportation.
- Should have saleable merchandise including CDs and t-shirts…(will be pre-screened by OMG GLOBAL, LLC).
Can any musician sign up and submit songs? Is there a cost?
How does the process work?
Yes. Any musician can sign up and submit songs as long as they are appropriate for an all age audience...no foul language and no explicit lyrics. All songs are screened prior to posting. Free to all musicians.
- Submit professional/student artist submission form.
- Email approval sent back to artist within 72 hours. PROFILE PAGE NOT POSTED UNTIL SONG(S) UPLOADED AND APPROVED.
- Login and upload song(s).
- Song(s) approval sent back to artist within 72 hours and Profile page now visible on website.
- Song(s) posted on following cycle—1st and 15th of every month.
Must I submit a professional recording?
Is there a limit as to how many songs I may submit?
No, you do not have to submit a professional recording. This website is for kids (amatuer and professional) and adults (amatuer and professional) to have fun sharing music!
No, you may submit as many songs as you like.
How do I prepare my music to submit?
How does the process work?
- Record your song. (You can purchase an audio recorder under $30 at any electronic or office supply retailer.)
- Transfer song to computer. (Follow the transfer instructions that came with the recorder.)
- You are now ready to submit your music!
- Click on the Student "Join Now" or Professional "Join Now" button and follow the instructions on the submission form.
How do I submit a song?

Click on the "Student Login" or "Professional Login" button on the OMG homepage.
- Click "music".
- Click "upload new song".
- Fill in the form with requested information.
- Click "save".
Can I re-submit a song for download for the next music cycle?
How does the process work?
Yes. You can re-submit a song(s). Just click on the "Student Login" or "Professional Login" button on the OMG homepage.
- Click "music".
- Click "edit song" in the name of song you want to re-submit.
- "Delete" the song you want to re-submit - or your song will show up 2X on the player. You will be re-directed to your music.
- Re-upload the song you just deleted.
Can I delete a song?
How does the process work?
Yes. You can delete a song(s).

- Click "edit song" on the name of song you want to delete.
- Click "delete".
When can my songs be purchased/downloaded? How long will my profile page and my "Listen" player of songs stay on OMG?
How does the process work?
New song releases are offered on the 1st and 15th of every month. For three (3) days only (1st thru the 3rd and 15th thru the 17th) the songs can be purchased/downloaded. Your profile page and songs submitted for previous download cycles will stay online as long as you would like (please also refer to the "artist submission" form for additional detail pt. #5).
Do I sign a release form?
How does the process work?
Yes, during the submission process you sign a contract releasing all proceeds for your music to be received by the participating school/foundation/organization of choice selected by the end-user.
Can any school/foundation/organization sign up to receive direct donations? Is there a cost?
How does the process work?
Yes. Any accredited school/foundation/organization with an active PayPal account can sign up to receive direct donations. Free to all accredited schools/foundations/organizations.
- Have your school/foundation/organization PayPal account information at hand.
- Complete the school/foundation/organization submission form.
- Approval email sent back to school/foundation/organization and within 72 hours, posted on website.
Direct donations can be made at any time. New music is introduced to the public for download on the 1st & 15th of every month. All proceeds, except standard PayPal fees, through direct donations and downloaded songs go directly back to schools/foundations/organizations.

How do I sign up my school/foundation/orgnization?
How does the process work?
6 Easy Steps:
- Sign on to PayPal: www.paypal.com. Click "Sign up" at the top of the page.
- Account type: Select "Business".
- Sign up payment: Select "Website payment standard".
- Business type: Select "Non-profit organization" and then proceed to fill out the rest of the online form.
- Click on the "Continue" button (which will bring you to the next page see pt. #6).
- Fax the following information to 303-395-2862 (important: include your school/foundation/organization contact email address on the fax cover sheet):
- Description of organization (name and "mission")
- A copy of a voided check with the organization name or a bank statement no older than six (6) months.
- 501c document (confirmation non-profit status).
You will receive an email confirmation (include your email address on the fax cover sheet) within 48 hours with a link to activate your account and provide you with your official PayPal account and corresponding email address! Once you receive your official PayPal email address, you can click on the "Join Now" button for schools/foundations/organizations on the OMG homepage. Fill out the submission form to receive your direct donations!
Does the school/foundation/organization I have chosen receive my donation directly?
Yes. The school/foundation/organization you select will receive your donation directly!
Can I use PayPal or a credit card to make my donation for a song?
How does the process work?
Yes. You choose your method of payment at the time of purchase.
Once you have selected your song you are then forwarded to the "payment" page. These are the easy steps to insure your school/foundation/organization receives your direct donation.
- Click on "review order" and you will be forwarded to the "customer information" page. On this page you must choose a school/foundation/organization from the scroll down in the box or your purchase donation will not go through.
- From there you are taken to the "order summary page" and you will be able to see the "review your information". Once you have reviewed...just click the "pay now" button!
- You will arrive at the page that will "thank you for your order" you must click on the link return to "NAME OF SCHOOL/FOUNDATION/ORGANIZATION". You will then be taken right to your receipt page and a receipt is automatically generated and sent to the email address you provided!
- You will receive a 2nd email summary of your order directly from OMG.
- Your final email includes the music file download(s) to ENJOY LISTENING!
Do I receive a receipt?
Yes. Once the PayPal purchasing process is complete the last page titled "Thank you for your purchase" will provide a link "Return to (Name of School/Foundation/Organization)". You MUST click on this link to finalize your order. Once you click on the link you will be taken back to the OMG website receipt page and also receive a confirmation email of your purchase.
